Your hard work to keep us OTR@154 junkies supplied is most appreciated, Phinny!

I'm sure this has been asked before, but when these things occur, rare though they are, is there some way we can find out what's going on, or at least commisserate?

For what it's worth, forum backups are made every day at 4am PST/7am EST and so anytime a backup is used to restore posts it will date from that time.

Radar, I'll let you know. I still have work to do before I want them to shut us down even for a short period.

Spidyr, I posted on flashingdial.

And by the way, looks like the shared files were lost :(

Phineus, we can always repost any shared files. We're just glad to be back.

Phineus,

Did you also lose all of the Jack Benny and other files you had posted or at http://154.ca/otr/ too?

I see that this page isn't working at all.

gilinAZ, the only problem with the shared spot is the files that had been uploaded over the past month and a half were not backed up (ie downloaded to my hdd) so I cannot repost them in iso format - which is a bummer because there was a complete revolting people disk and almost a full lone ranger disk. But everything that makes the shared spot work still exists. Once I install a couple programs it will be operational again. Hopefully by morning (I have about fourteen sites to get back online so it takes a while).

Radar, none of the regular series have been lost. In fact, Vic and Sade as well as Jack Benny are currently online like normal. The other series from Easy Aces to You Bet Your Life should be uploaded again by the end of the week.

It was restored sometime earlier this evening along with several other sites. Click it again.

Bless your heart, Phineus. Please get some rest so you don't make yourself sick over this.

Phineus,

It's good to see that a lot of those files are safe.

With fourteen different locations that you need to work on it must get to be very frustrating! Especially when this has nothing to do with you. It's all about hardware failing.

Well as always if you ever need any assistance please don't hesitate to ask.

Since I upload from a file folder designated for the shared site I can upload those files again. I will do so over the next several days.
